Fantastic job came one day made opening to size and lay slate hearth was such a clean worker this was one of robs team
They came later to install log burner and apply finishing plaster again sheets down and no mess left what so ever

Rob installed our Termatech woodburner last year and we were very pleased with his work. He is reliable and conscientious and works to a high standard.

Great work rob removed old fireplace and made good then fitted a beautiful log burner in its place 5* workmanship left everything clean and tidy , and the job was all done and dusted by the date he said it would be , we were so happy we had him do our holiday let too , and what can I say , another perfect install , I did have other prices and without mentioning them to him he came in cheaper beating the price by hundreds of pounds , very honest and fair , easy to deal with

Having struggled with a woodburner that was not performing, Rob identified the problem and crucially, suggested a solution. True to his word, the refit he proposed has resulted in a woodburner that is an absolute pleasure to use and enjoy. I have no reservation of recommending, he is clearly an expert in his field.

Even before he installed the stove, Rob took a long time discussing with us which would be the best stove for our space and was always available to give us advice. Rob also transported the stove to our home. On installation day, Rob and Harry arrived promptly, and were considerate about covid regulations. They spent a long time discussing exactly how we wanted things, making sure that we all agreed on exactly what they were going to do before they started. Then they worked very hard on the job, and before the day was out, they had finished, and we had a lovely new stove! We had expected it to take two days, so were pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. As well as being good workers, Rob and Harry were patient and always very polite. We would have absolutely no hesitation about recommending City Stove Installs to anyone who would like a stove fitted. A professional service from start to finish, and excellent value too.

We cannot praise Rob and Ryan highly enough. From quote to end result. Rob was brilliant and listened to what we wanted. Although the job was challenging and the easiest route would have been to render the opening entirely, Rob thought long and hard about how to restore the damaged brickwork instead. Firstly by chiseling out the damaged side bricks, rebuilding the side walls with local handmade bricks and finally repairing and improving the back wall. They took our disaster of a fireplace and resurrected it beyond our expectations to something beautiful.
The installation of the wood burner itself was quick efficient. Working tidily, we were left with a perfectly finished installation. Can't recommend them more highly. Thank you Rob and Ryan.
